Admissions Director​/Marketer

University Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a full-time Admissions Director/Marketer. In this role you will be responsible for receiving and processing potential referrals from multiple sources such as hospitals, physicians, and family members.

• Coordinating and conducting tours of the facility with families of potential patients and other potential clients
• Follow up and reporting on the status of open referrals
• Basic data entry / demographic info of confirmed admissions in the facilities electronic medical record
• Ensuring all new referral paperwork and orders are received at the center in a timely manner
• Ensuring that patient rooms are admission ready
• New admission sign in and regulatory paperwork
• Concierge check-in with new admissions
• Following up with lost leads/missed referrals
• Attending morning meetings

• Healthcare experience including knowledge of various insurance payor sources
• Marketing/sales experience a plus
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications

Hours:
Full-time Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)
