Position:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Clinical Director

Location: Onsite at one of our Georgia centers – Warner Robins, Stockbridge, Marietta, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Lawrenceville, Cumming, Suwanee, Dacula, Watkinsville, Columbus, Kennesaw, Oakwood, Austell, or Canton

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced BCBAs to provide center-focused applied behavior analysis services. This is an onsite role requiring work at one of our Georgia centers.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality care, leading teams, and maintaining an ethical caseload while continuing to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical consultation and oversee treatment programming
  • Supervise and support direct care clinical team members
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure long-term client progress
  • Develop and mentor team members
  • Attend professional development trainings and conferences as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Passionate leader with strong clinical expertise
  • Minimum 3 years of in-center BCBA experience
  • Strong background in skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques
  • Proven ability to lead and manage clinical teams
  • Excellent collaboration skills with caregivers and referral sources
  • Dedicated to improving client outcomes and mentoring other clinicians
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Strong competency across ABA methodologies
  • Experience supervising clinical staff
