KeyQualifications:
- Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography; IR credentialing preferred
- Valid, up-to-date state licensure
- Proven experience as an IR Tech in a hospital or clinical setting
- In-depth knowledge of interventional radiologic procedures and equipment
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Prepare patients and equipment for interventional procedures, ensuring strict adherence to safety and infection-control protocols
- Assist radiologists and medical staff with diagnostic and therapeutic image-guided procedures
- Operate and calibrate advanced imaging systems, including fluoroscopy and C-arm equipment
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, reporting any changes to the healthcare team promptly
- Accurately document procedure details and maintain patient records in compliance with policy
- Maintain a sterile workspace and properly handle complex medical instruments
- Stay current with best practices and regulatory standards in interventional radiology

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
