A. Miller Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Event Captain to lead service teams at weddings, corporate events, and other special events throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. As the on-site leader, you'll ensure events run smoothly by supervising staff, delivering exceptional guest service, and coordinating with clients, venues, and the kitchen team.

- Lead, coach, and supervise event staff during 10 hours event shifts.
- Manage event setup, service, and breakdown.
- Coordinate service between clients, venue staff, and the kitchen.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Complete event paperwork and payroll documentation.
- Ensure guests receive an outstanding experience.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in catering, banquets, restaurants, or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management sills and ability to work under pressure.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to our venues.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry 30+ pounds.
- Push or pull equipment carts up to 100 pounds.
- Competitive pay: $20–$22/hour + tips.
