Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Recruiter for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.


** MUST have experience recruiting for banking or financial positions**

Responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, delivering exceptional staffing solutions to hiring managers.
  • This role identifies and engages top-tier professional candidates, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting with a focus on financial center / branch, sales and technology roles.
  • Requisition load (once fully trained) would be between 20-25.
  • Leverages job boards and other online recruiting resources to identify, attract and engage top talent.
  • Reviews resumes, applications, credentials and prescreens and or interviews candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Maintains primary relationship and communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
  • Prepares candidates for interviewing and specific hiring managers by providing accurate, detailed information on the position, company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation setting.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager on employment offer and extends verbal and written offer to selected candidates.
  • Applies behavioral based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates on the skills, experience, motivational fit and competencies needed to be successful in the role.
  • Maintains accurate and well-organized documentation on recruitment searches, applicants, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure full compliance within Human Resources documented policies and procedures.
  • Uses effective communication approaches that includes proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in writing.
  • Ensures a positive, responsive, and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • MS Office, strong communication skills, competency with ATS.
  • 3 or more years Sales recruiting experience in the financial services industry required.
  • 3 or more years high volume, lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, due diligence, successful onboarding, and relationship management required.
  • 1 or more years recent IT recruitment preferred.
