High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience

Position Summary
The Position Management Specialist is primarily responsible for working with departments and the Position Management and Recruitment Coordinator to ensure the timely and accurate processing of job postings and position requests. The Position Management Specialist will work with University HR and FMD to provide support in the onboarding process of all new FMD employees and keep accurate and up-to-date records pertaining to the hiring process.

The Position Management Specialist will also provide support to the FMD HR Office as needed for special projects and departmental goals.
