Recruiter - On Site Jackson, GA

Hudson Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in vegetable and plant-based food manufacturing for an on-site Recruiter to support their Jackson, GA plant.

This is a one-year contract engagement based full-time on-site at the facility. Based on projected hiring demand, the plant expects to bring on approximately 15 new hires per month, and the volume and pace of that hiring calls for dedicated, close partnership with plant leadership to manage it effectively.

• Serve as the dedicated on-site Recruiter supporting the Jackson, GA plant and its leadership team.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume portfolio of hourly production, warehouse, and plant support roles.
• Partner closely with plant leadership to understand staffing needs and keep pace with a target of roughly 15 hires per month.
• Build and maintain strong onsite relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to stay ahead of hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines to meet ongoing and upcoming hiring demand.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, requisition status, and pipeline data within recruiting systems.
• Proactively flag hiring bottlenecks or talent gaps and recommend solutions to keep hiring on pace.

• Someone with proven high-volume recruiting experience, ideally within food and beverage manufacturing or a similarly fast-paced production environment.
• A steady, reliable professional who thrives working on-site and building trust with plant leadership day to day.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of requisitions without losing accuracy or responsiveness.
• Someone who can hit the ground running in a plant environment and adapt quickly to its pace and priorities.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the high-volume food and beverage industry.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or plant-based roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders at once.
• Experience using an ATS and maintaining accurate recruiting records.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Jackson, GA.
