About the RoleThe Senior Account Director plays a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. You'll serve as a strategic partner to some of the world's most recognized brands, guiding them through the full value of Rio SEO's software and services-while leading internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.
We're looking for a consultative, analytical, relationship driven leader who thrives in a fastpaced digital marketing environment and enjoys helping enterprise clients win.
What You'll Do- Lead strategic client partnerships
-deliver thought leadership, performance insights, and ongoing recommendations aligned to client marketing and business goals. - Own client satisfaction & retention through consistent communication, collaborative planning, inperson meetings, and high impact performance presentations.
- Drive account expansion by identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities across your portfolio and building deeper, wider relationships within enterprise brands.
- Guide digital strategy leveraging expertise in SEO, paid search, local search, and performance marketing to maximize client results.
- Analyze data & performance trends using search engines, analytics tools, and Rio SEO's platform to craft compelling and actionable insights.
- Monitor KPIs & optimize programs to exceed client objectives with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Stay ahead of industry trends including local search updates, competitive shifts, and emerging best practices-and clearly communicate POVs to clients.
- 6+ years of Account Management or Client Success experience (enterprise preferred).
- Proven success managing and growing Fortune 500 client relationships.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge-SEO, SEM, local search, and performance marketing required.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and turning data into clientready insights.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
