Dexian is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to work onsite in Atlanta, GA. This role involves leading cross-functional teams and optimizing Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, partner with Product Owners, and coach teams to improve their Agile maturity.
Successful applicants will have over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, an active Agile certification, and proficiency with Agile tools like Jira. A Bachelor's degree is required.
