The Senior Manager, Salesforce will oversee daily operations of the Digital Technology CRM team. This role requires leading a team, driving strategic planning, improving operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve the company’s goals.

• Manage strategy, planning, and execution: drive statistical planning, define strategic goals, objectives, KPIs, and enablers for the business unit.
• Plan technology roadmap to provide innovative solutions and support nationwide programs.
• Improve operational efficiency and profitability through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and nurture business partnerships and communicate frameworks to ensure consistent delivery with quality.
• Lead hiring, objective setting, performance management, training, and development of team members.
• Manage vendor relationships, budget planning, and future technology migration strategy.
• Drive and deliver key programs in phases to match technology and business transformation needs.
• Use data analytics to inform decision‑making and drive performance improvements.

• Minimum:
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or technical field with 7 years of relevant experience and 5 years managerial experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years relevant experience and 5 years managerial experience.
• Preferred: 10+ years in IT industry with 4+ years as Senior Manager; ~6 years on Salesforce platform; moderate knowledge of Salesforce product suites.
• Technical: experience defining technical architecture diagrams, lifecycle of Salesforce integrations, environment management, release management, code versioning, authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth), platform security, data visibility, integration tools, custom Apex debugging, and proof‑of‑concept development.
• Certifications:
  
  one or more of Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer, Administrator. Experience in Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, App Exchange integration, and Apex framework utilities.
• Analytical: proficiency in dashboards, reporting warehouses, relational databases; ability to analyze performance issues and propose remediation plans.
• AI: experience applying machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or deep learning to solve business problems; understanding of model evaluation, optimization, and ethics.
• Communication: strong written and oral skills, ability to convey technical concepts to business audiences.
