• Basic understanding of product lifecycle processes (formulations, specifications, BOMs, recipes, etc.).
• Interest in IT systems and willingness to learn SAP PLM / SAP Cloud solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure information clearly.
• Good communication skills to interact with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Assist in configuring and testing system functionalities under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Prepare user documentation, process descriptions, and training materials.
• Participate in workshops, demos, and presentations for business users.
• Support the rollout of new features and ensure smooth adoption by the end users.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve system usability.
