Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, change management, or related roles supporting or leading ERP implementations or other large-scale system transformations
  • Certification in project or change management
  • 2+ years of experience working in higher education, public sector, or similarly complex organizational environments
  • 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • 2+ years of experience working with a Project Management System
Position Summary

This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a major ERP transformation, helping guide both the delivery of the project and the people side of change. By combining project management discipline with change management strategy, you will influence how new systems are implemented, communicated, and adopted across the organization. With a flexible scope that evolves over time, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is motivated by driving meaningful, enterprise-wide impact.

Job responsibilities and percentage of time may evolve based on project needs. This position is a limited term appointment which is expected to end December 2028. The position may be extended beyond the initial term, contingent upon continued funding.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
  • Strong ability to influence without direct authority and build relationships across various stakeholder groups
  • Knowledge of Workday, Smartsheet, and/or People Soft

Duties and Responsibilities Project Management (50%)
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation, and tracking tools for projects
  • Coordinate project activities across functional and technical teams to support timely completion of deliverables
  • Monitor progress, risks, and issues; provide regular status updates, recommend solutions and elevate concerns as appropriate
  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, reports, and communications to leadership and stakeholders
Change Management & Communications (30%)
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans to support project initiatives
  • Create and manage communication plans for stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging
  • Support stakeholder engagement and readiness activities
Training & Adoption (10%)
  • Design and develop training materials and resources
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions as needed
  • Support end-user adoption, gather feedback for improvements, and recommend process and/or system enhancements
Stakeholder Coordination (10%)
  • Serve as a liaison between functional and technical teams as well as campus stakeholders
  • Facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment across groups
