We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a Salesforce-focused Agile team
. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching Agile teams, removing impediments, and partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions. Banking or Financial Services experience is highly preferred.

• 8+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce teams/projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and servant leadership.
• Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team facilitation skills.
• Experience identifying and removing impediments while driving continuous improvement.

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience working in SAFe Agile environments.
• Scrum certifications such as CSM
  , PSM
  , or SAFe Scrum Master
  .
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and enterprise Agile delivery.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed.
• Coach Agile teams and Product Owners on Scrum principles and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Salesforce development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.
• Track sprint metrics, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery progress.
• Remove impediments and coordinate dependencies across multiple teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster collaboration between business, Product Owners, QA, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
