Job Opportunity
The Absence Management Consultant will conduct/document Business Process Requirements, facilitate Fit/Gap sessions to determine configuration and identify potential customization (with a goal of minimizing customization).
Part Time (10-15 hours per week)
Skill Set:
- 5+ years of hands on experience as People Soft Functional Absence Management Consultant
- Experience in mapping client business processes to People Soft software with minimal customization
- 2+ years public sector and higher-education experience
- Demonstrate understanding of setup tables, integration points and reporting
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills
- Experience with PS Query and SQL is needed
