Job Description
Avanade Inc. seeks a Dynamics CE Functional Lead in Houston, TX to identify and understand clients' customer relationship management needs by staying current on CRM technologies (particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform) and working with Avanade solution developers to recommend appropriate CRM technologies and functions that meet specific client needs.
Duties include:
working with Avanade delivery teams and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into CRM solutions; coordinating with client leadership, end users and IT staff to identify, design and configure CRM solutions; gathering system requirements and owning requirements management; assisting with transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams; implementing patches and upgrades in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders; and assisting end-users with CRM functionality.
Periodic travel to client sites (domestic) is expected up to 80% of the time. Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Houston, TX.
Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, etc. The offered salary range for this specific position in TX is $133,078-$143,000 per year.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- At least four (4) years of experience performing CRM business analysis in a technology or IT consulting environment.
- 3 years of experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and business solutions implementations.
- 3 years of experience performing business process reengineering around Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales, Marketing, Field Service & Customer Service modules.
- 3 years of experience planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions.
- 3 years of Power Platform experience including SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, Azure implementation, Mobile Apps, Power Apps, VIVA and/or Visio.
- 3 years of client-facing experience using formal delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or comparable project-driven approach.
- 3 years of experience with formal business requirements gathering and defining functional design and working with offshore teams.
- Microsoft Certified in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
