Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience
Position Summary:This customer-focused position is part of the Application Support and Development Team in the Terry College of Business, Office of Information Technology. This individual must demonstrate resourcefulness in solving complex problems through effective configuration, automation, and administration across a variety of platforms, including web and cloud-based applications.
This individual works independently with college administrators, faculty, and staff to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide business intelligence solutions for decision makers including creating databases, database queries, simple workflows, analytical solutions, and reports. Performs various application upgrades and configurations and data processing tasks to support existing solutions for academic program and business office requirements, or creates solutions if they do not exist.
This is a security-sensitive position with access to and responsibility for effectively protecting FERPA and other sensitive or confidential data sets. The successful candidate will have the desire and ability to learn new technology and develop new skills on an ongoing basis.

- Experience in local, web, and cloud based computing, including bolt-on applications.
