Sr. Manager for Global Security Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute global security technology strategies and roadmaps (system modernization, platform optimization).
• Oversee delivery of security technology solutions; ensure projects are on time, within scope, and aligned with quality/compliance.
• Ensure stability, security, and performance of security technology platforms, including vendor/service provider management.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to deliver value while controlling cost and risk.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree required.
• Required Experience/
  
  Skills:
  
  Typically 8–10 years progressive experience in security technologies; proven leadership of technology initiatives in regulated/enterprise environments; strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery; solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management.
• Preferred Experience/
  
  Skills:
  
  Enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or large-scale system integrations; success with technology transformation/modernization; strong change-management and communication skills.
• Other:
  English required; limited travel up to 10–20% primarily domestic.
