As an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bailey Bowen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily operations and customer success. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Your role involves proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve our customers' lives.

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
