What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for Phil Hughes Honda, you aren’t just "answering phones"—you are a brand ambassador. You will:
- Multilingual Engagement: Handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails in both English and Spanish
. - Manage Leads: High‑speed response to Sales and Service inquiries.
- Master the CRM: Track all interactions meticulously to ensure no customer falls through the cracks.
- Set Appointments: Consult with customers to understand their needs—whether they are looking for a new Honda or maintaining their current one.
- Follow‑Up: Execute a multi‑touch follow‑up cadence (we provide the tools, you provide the personality!).
- Bilingual Mastery: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages (verbal and written).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background.
- Organization: Computer literacy, strong organizational, and follow‑up skills.
- Compliance: Must pass a drug screen, background check, and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to two years related experience and/or training
