Grifols, a leader in Healthcare & Social Assistance, seeks a Bilingual English/Spanish professional to support patients and care teams. In this role, you'll provide accurate interpretation, translate key medical documents, assist with intake and scheduling, and ensure clear, compassionate communication for English- and Spanish-speaking patients. Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to patients and families across Grifols clinics and programs
• Accurately translate medical information, consent forms, and care instructions between patients and providers
• Assist clinical staff with patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up communications
• Document patient interactions in electronic health records following privacy and compliance standards
• Educate patients on services, procedures, and available resources in culturally sensitive ways
• Coordinate with care teams to resolve patient issues and ensure timely responses
• Support outreach and community engagement efforts with Spanish-speaking populations
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service
