Job Responsibilities

• Support development and preparation of logistics metrics to monitor performance.
• Handle daily delivery functions for builder channel, retail, and home delivery operations.
• Maintain a high level of effective communication between internal and external customers.
• Schedule orders for daily build prints and bill of ladings.
• Manage carrier availability for late shipments to customers.
• Print and manage all finished good labels for the plant.

• Working knowledge of Master Brand operating companies.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Excellent Lotus Notes skills.
• Strong ERP/System integration experience.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Proven experience crossing functional boundaries.
• Basic geographical knowledge of the United States and Canada.
