TheOpportunity
He / She will be the interface between the site and Teva’s global packing sites. Continue focus on focus on order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and ensuring product availability through effective order book management. Control volume flow and engage with pack sites for purchase order and forecast related matter. Dispatch co-ordination with logistics, dealing with internal stake holders for batch release. Ensure site OTIF NLT 90% through various initiatives.
HowYou’ll Spend Your Day
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for end-to-end finished goods order management at the site.
- Receive and consolidate monthly forecasts and purchase orders from packing sites.
- Proactively manage relationships with packing sites to identify and resolve supply gaps, mitigating potential stock-outs risks.
- Provide critical inputs for the monthly production plan to achieve site bulk OTIF > 90%.
- Prepare detailed dispatch plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure strict execution adherence.
- Participate in weekly review calls with packing sites, communicating delivery status and highlighting bottlenecks or risks.
- Analyze demand and supply inputs from packing sites and share variance analysis with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain strict governance on back orders and projected out-of-stock products, including defined mitigation and recovery actions.
- Support scenario planning and risk assessments to help the site proactively evaluate and manage potential supply risks.
- Provide constructive support to cross-functional teams (CFTs) for production planning and bulk delivery commitments.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP or Kinaxis) and supply chain performance analytics. Strong data analytical skills.
- Ensure all distribution and order management activities comply with regulatory and quality standards, safeguarding patient safety.
- Ensure all manufacturing, testing, and distribution processes comply with global regulatory standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Well versed with deviation management, RCA, CAPA ownership, ALCOA+ governance and self-inspection quality management.
- Experience:
5–6 years of experience in customer supply chain, preferably in pharmaceutical formulation. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in science or pharmacy. - Systems:
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office (Excel).
