The Refrigeration Supply Chain Delivery Manager will be responsible for supporting all of the Refrigeration facilities with on-time delivery. They will focus on the top fulfillment concerns to remedy their fulfillment delays through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), engaging the Supplier Quality Team, suggesting and implementing dual sourcing, or supporting the exit of a supplier.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 + years of supply chain, operations or engineering experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain
• Experience in refrigeration business working in operations, supply chain
