- 5+ years of national account sales experience in beverage or consumer packaged goods; food service and dispensed beverage experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate across internal teams, distribution systems, and customer networks.
- Knowledge of military procurement processes, food service operations, or commissary systems strongly preferred.
- Relationship management skills with demonstrated success in engaging suppliers, contractors, and bottlers for joint outcomes.
- Expertise in supply chain operations and transportation modes, including intermodal and military distribution requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to identify competitive threats, optimize pricing, and deliver insights‑based recommendations.
- Digital fluency with CRM tools and reporting systems; familiarity with AI‑enabled forecasting is a plus.
- Resilient and adaptable in highly structured environments with unique regulatory and logistical considerations.
- Ability to drive win‑win solutions through creative problem solving and strategic negotiation.
- Provide opportunities to lead initiatives that deliver meaningful value to military communities while advancing Coca‑Cola’s growth agenda.
- Empower you with innovation‑driven tools and insights for shaping the dispensed beverage experience in complex operational environments.
- Equip you with collaborative networks across bottler, distributor, and customer systems for enhanced performance and leadership development.
- Enable your contribution to operational strategies that strengthen supply and service excellence in one of Coca‑Cola’s most purpose‑driven channels.
