Responsibilities:

• Assist Mail & Receiving drivers with deliveries to main campus and Health Science campus. Ride as a passenger in the delivery vehicles and distribute mail and packages to departments (60%).
• Assist with unloading US mail from UGA vehicles. Assist drivers load and unload the UGA delivery vehicles (20%).
• Assist with sorting residence hall mail each morning and assist with delivering to the designated mailrooms for the residence halls (10%).
• Assist with bulk mail projects to include envelope stuffing, collating, or bag filling tasks as assigned (10%).

Position Summary:

This is a position of trust. This is a full‑time temporary position working in Receiving and Mail Services. Responsibilities include assisting with the processing of university’s mail and distributing goods delivered to the university.
