Position Summary

The Porter works on‑site to complete all groundskeeping tasks as directed by their supervisor. Responsibilities include removing trash, preparing trash for pickup by the waste hauler, mopping, and performing daily cleaning of assigned areas.

What You Will Do
  • Ensure completion of daily checklists.
  • Maintain exterior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property.
  • Maintain landscaping in good repair between 3rd‑party service visits.
  • Clean and sweep swimming pools as required.
  • Arrange property furniture as directed.
  • Mop and vacuum daily in all areas required.
  • Keep amenity areas clean and presentable throughout the day.
  • Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards at all times.
Other Requirements
  • Must be able to work a full shift and required on‑site work schedule.
  • Must be available for additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary.
  • Must assist with move‑outs, turn, and move‑ins that extend beyond normal full‑time hours.
  • Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
Preferred Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Proficient in simple computer tasks.
  • One year experience in maintenance or a skilled trade.
  • Experience in the student housing or multi‑family industry.
