• Make the store look its best to customers by performing housekeeping and janitorial work.
• Dust, mop, sweep, and polish floors; operate buffers and floor scrubbers.
• Collect and dispose of trash and clean bathrooms as required.
• Follow ISO regulations, company, and state policies to ensure safety and security.
• Work 4 ten‑hour days for the full‑time EST and 3 ten‑hour days for the part‑time EST.

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 30 lbs, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and grasp for extended periods.
• Availability to work in various conditions (heat, cold, dust) and handle donated items.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One or more years of housekeeping, janitorial, or custodian experience preferred.
