As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of property maintenance, guide a skilled team, and help ensure our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and beautiful place to call home. You will add to the value of the property with preventative maintenance and cost‑saving suggestions.

• Lead and inspire the maintenance team to deliver outstanding, timely service for each service request or repair needed.
• Perform and oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs with precision and care.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Oversee contractors and vendors on capital improvements and renovation projects.
• Aid in assessing vendor bids for scope accuracy and pricing.
• Hold vendors and staff accountable for quality of work and scope.
• Facilitate unit turnover using internal and external team members.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and ensure all physical aspects of the community meet Premier Living’s high standards.
• Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the property management team to track work orders, budgets, and inventory efficiently.
• Adhere to fair housing regulations.
• Facilitate on‑call responsibilities in a rotation schedule as needed.
• Adhere to the Premier Living US policies and procedures for maintenance.

• EPA Type II HVAC Certification (required).
• Strong leadership and communication skills — you set the tone for communication, quality and teamwork at the site.
• Proven experience in apartment, commercial, or facilities maintenance and a make‑ready process for unit turnover.
• Be a hands‑on example to the maintenance team at handling issues and prioritizing emergency needs.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure.
• A professional, courteous approach that builds trust with residents and teammates alike.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft applications, property management software, Yardi preferable.
