• Perform basic building maintenance such as removing leaves from roofs, cleaning gutters, changing HVAC filters, replacing light bulbs, ceiling tile replacements, unstopping lavatories and toilets, and cleanup support for spills and floods.

• Assist skilled tradesmen for jobs requiring more than one person for safety and efficiency.
  Percentage of time: 40
• Clean and vacuum motor pool vehicles and golf carts.
  Percentage of time: 5
• Assist with event setups, removal of surplus equipment, moving office furniture and equipment, and campus mail room duties. Reports damage to structures and equipment. Perform related duties as assigned.
  Percentage of time: 5

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to understand instructions.
• Some knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to building fixtures and equipment.
• Ability to exercise care in the use of cleaning materials for different types of building surfaces.

• Work from a ladder and work with arms and hands overhead
