• Perform manual work in a variety of cleaning and related duties in and around university buildings and facilities. This includes locker rooms, showers, bathrooms, sidewalks, front steps, and offices. (50%)
• Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, and wax floors; dust and clean chalk boards and offices; wash windows, walls, trash cans and glass doors. Frequently work from a ladder. (40%)
• Replace light bulbs, clean and polish brass. (5%)
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations pertaining to the area of building services. (2%)>
• Perform related work as needed by Building Services Lead and Building Services Supervisor. (2%)
• Report damaged structures and equipment. (1%)>
