Previous experience as a building services worker or custodian - Position Summary:
Perform manual work in a variety of cleaning and related duties in and around Athletic buildings and facilities. - Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or
Competencies:
Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written instructions. - Physical Demands:
Squat, bend, lift approximately 40lbs, see, hear, lift arms, push and lift machinery. - Driving Responsibility:

- Perform manual work in a variety of cleaning and related duties in and around university buildings and facilities. This includes locker rooms, showers, bathrooms, sidewalks, front steps, and offices. (50%)
- Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, and wax floors; dust and clean chalk boards and offices; wash windows, walls, trash cans and glass doors. Frequently work from a ladder. (40%)
- Replace light bulbs, clean and polish brass. (5%)
- Ensure compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations pertaining to the area of building services. (2%)>
- Perform related work as needed by Building Services Lead and Building Services Supervisor. (2%)
- Report damaged structures and equipment. (1%)>
