High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of related experience

The Building Services Worker Lead is a key position within Facilities Management Division’s Building Services unit. Reporting directly to a Manager, this incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day management of custodial operations within an assigned building or collection of buildings. The Building Services Worker Lead directly supervises crews approximately 6 to 10 employees who are responsible for care, cleaning, and minor maintenance of campus building and fixtures.
