Peterbilt of Atlanta is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations across our Georgia locations.

• Searching for experienced Warehouse Supervisor with either automobile or heavy‑duty diesel dealership experience. Five+ years of experience required.

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. You will oversee the operations of the warehouse including receipt, storage, and shipment of materials. You will ensure the accuracy of the inventory.

You will also assist with supervision, training, and coaching of the parts drivers. All employees are expected to be friendly, professional, and efficient offering the highest level of service to our customers. You will function as the back‑up parts delivery driver as needed.

This position reports to the Branch Manager, is a 40‑hour a week position and is eligible for overtime. To qualify for our Warehouse Supervisor position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. You must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information, possess a valid driver's license, and have a driving record that meets our criteria. You will be required to obtain and maintain a DOT Driver Medical Certification.

You will be trained on our procedures and use of our computer inventory system. Dressing professionally and being able to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other contacts is a must. One year of previous supervisory experience at a parts warehouse or distribution center is preferred.

The Warehouse Supervisor position is a physically demanding position. You will occasionally need to fill in as a parts driver which includes driving a company‑provided vehicle six to eight hours per shift. Traffic conditions may result in extended hours on occasion. You will lift and transport up to 50 pounds several times a day. You will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and non‑hazardous materials.

May operate a fork‑lift.
