Overview:
Are you ready to be the catalyst for change? As the Organizational Transformation Lead, you'll be at the forefront of driving impactful transformations for our clients across diverse industries. Your mission? To architect change management strategies that revolutionize businesses, elevate cultures, and propel success.

Responsibilities:

1. Architect of Change:

• Design and execute cutting-edge change management strategies tailored to the unique needs and aspirations of our clients.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate change initiatives into the fabric of each project.
• Unleash the power of stakeholder engagement by identifying champions and influencers, igniting enthusiasm, and fostering a culture of collaboration and commitment.
• Craft compelling communication plans and engagement strategies that captivate hearts and minds at every level of the organization.

3. Impact Visionary:

• Dive deep into the heart of organizational ecosystems to conduct thorough impact assessments, foreseeing ripples of change and proactively mitigating resistance.
• Harness the power of data-driven insights to illuminate the path forward and drive informed decision-making.
• Empower teams with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the new era through dynamic training programs and personalized coaching sessions.
• Equip leaders with the tools and mindset to champion change, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Measure the pulse of change through carefully crafted KPIs, transforming feedback into actionable insights that fuel continuous improvement.
• Lead by example, sharing thought leadership and best practices to inspire innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record (10+ years) of orchestrating transformational change initiatives in dynamic environments, with a penchant for innovation and disruption.
• Mastery of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process), with a knack for adapting and evolving strategies.
• Strong project management and project delivery experience (Agile framework). Has a blended PMO, Change Readiness, and Organizational Transformation skillset.
• Stellar communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to captivate and inspire audiences of all sizes.
• Analytical prowess, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights and driving informed decision-making.
• Project management prowess and certification (e.g., PMP) a plus.
• Willingness to embark on transformative journeys, with occasional travel to client sites.
• At least 5+ years of prior Business Development and Account Management experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Transformational Leadership, Change Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
