NPHub is solving a critical challenge in healthcare. Fresh off a $20 million growth investment from Edison Partners and with three consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list, we are scaling rapidly. Our CEO needs more than an assistant; he needs a force multiplier. Someone who can anticipate needs, drive execution, and operate as a seamless extension of the executive office.

You won't just be managing a calendar; you’ll be shaping the business's cadence. You won’t just be taking notes; you’ll be tracking the execution of our most critical strategic priorities. Your mission is to enable the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness. You will serve as the central nervous system for the executive office, ensuring strategic alignment, flawless execution, and clear communication throughout the entire organization. You’ll bring order to chaos, connect dots that others don’t see, and be a trusted partner in driving the company's vision forward.

  • Master the CEO’s calendar and communications, acting as a strategic gatekeeper to protect their time and focus on what matters most.
  • Drive the operating cadence of the leadership team through flawlessly executed daily check-ins, weekly leadership meetings, and quarterly planning sessions.
  • Own high-priority projects from concept to completion, from planning our annual leadership offsite to managing logistics for major industry conferences.
  • Serve as the CEO’s proxy for tracking key initiatives, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned, accountable, and hitting deadlines.

2. CEO & Investor Relations Support

  • Prepare the CEO for all high-stakes engagements, including board meetings, investor updates, and key partnership discussions by creating briefings, decks, and managing prep sessions.
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional, prompt, and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Amplify the CEO’s voice and vision by co-creating content and managing their professional brand on platforms like Linked In.

3. Building a Foundation for Scale

  • Proactively identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, constantly looking for ways to improve processes and systems within the executive office and beyond.
  • Draft and manage internal communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring the team is informed, inspired, and aligned with our mission.
