Role Summary

We are seeking a VP of Integration to lead and manage the integration of newly acquired businesses into our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and a proven track record of successfully integrating businesses into a larger organization. Leader of integration will be responsible for bringing together batteries, inverters/Power Conversion Systems, temperature controlling systems, and manufactured products.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Responsible for North American delivery from main locations in Houston and Cambridge with a diverse team of engineers, power software experts, assembly technicians, electricians, and inventory control specialists.
  • Running a P&L that is growing to 250mm of overturn and laser focus on sustainability in profitability.
  • Strength in multi system understanding and working with the most energetic team in the world.
  • Capable of supporting process build out to support the most dynamic customers in the world.
  • Develop and execute integration strategies and plans for newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross‑functional integration teams, including finance, legal, IT, HR, and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient integration of acquired businesses.
  • Define and track integration project timeliness and milestones, identifying potential roadblocks and developing mitigation plans.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels with key stakeholders, including acquired business leadership teams, to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the integration process.
  • Develop and implement standardized integration processes and tools, including due diligence checklists, integration playbooks, and post‑merger integration plans.
  • Identify and prioritize integration risks and issues and develop plans to address and mitigate them.
  • Develop and manage integration budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Conduct post‑integration reviews to assess the effectiveness of integration efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a track record of successfully leading and managing integration efforts.
