- Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers in the Federal Civilian & Law Enforcement Agencies market
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the U.S. Federal market
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
- Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and maintain the CRM database
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate value to customers
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant sales, business development, or military operations experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Leadership, management, and program management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with a proven track record of influencing across teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months; U.S. Citizenship required
- Deep understanding of DHS procurement and related agencies
- Strong technical acumen in tactical communications challenges and solutions
- Proven sales experience with MANET and/or radio solutions
- Experience working with resellers and distributors
- Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
