Are you a driven automotive leader who knows how to desk deals, develop talent, and drive performance? Are you ready to help relaunch and grow two prestigious luxury brands under an ownership group known for excellence?

We're looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building winning teams, maximizing profitability, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Managing and supporting the daily operations of the sales department
• Desking deals and maximizing front-end and back-end gross
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing sales consultants to improve performance and closing ratios
• Partnering with Finance to ensure smooth deal flow and maximize profitability
• Monitoring inventory, pricing strategy, and market competitiveness
• Ensuring excellent customer experience and strong CSI performance
• Assisting with hiring, training, and performance management
• Driving sales volume, lead conversion, and overall department success

• Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Finance Manager ready to step up
• Strong desking and deal structure experience
• Track record of achieving sales and gross profit goals
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience with CRM (Vin Solutions) and DMS systems (Dealer track preferred)
• High energy, strong work ethic, and growth mindset
• Luxury brand experience is a plus (Acura, Volvo, or similar)
