Division Manager

Ryland Environmental is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Division Manager to lead and oversee our operations in Athens, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the division’s performance, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Lead and manage the division’s daily operations to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for the division.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Recruit, train, and mentor division staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the division’s footprint.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align division goals with overall company strategy.

• Proven experience as a Division Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the environmental sector.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
