What You'll Do
- Design and manage PE equity programs — RSUs, options, carry plans — from grant to liquidity event
- Own the cap table end-to-end: grants, vesting schedules, equity tracking, 409A support, and board reporting
- Build and maintain commission and bonus plans for sales, field services, and professional services teams across multiple business units
- Ensure pay equity compliance across UK, Australia, Canada, and other international markets — reporting, audits, and remediation
- Partner with Finance on comp planning, modeling, and EBITDA impact analysis
- Lead annual compensation cycle: merit, promotion, market adjustments, and equity refresh planning
- Run benchmarking and market analysis to keep comp programs competitive and cost-effective
- Build compensation frameworks that scale as the business grows and integrates acquisitions
- 7+ years in compensation, with at least 3 years managing equity programs in PE‑backed or venture‑backed companies
- Direct experience running a cap table — you’ve managed grants, vesting, and equity administration through a full cycle
- Deep knowledge of international compensation compliance, especially pay equity regulations in UK, Australia, and Canada
- Proven track record designing and managing commission plans for sales and field service organizations
- Strong analytical skills — you model comp scenarios, forecast costs, and translate data into executive‑ready recommendations
- Experience with compensation tools like Radford, Carta, or similar platforms
- Comfort operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments — you don’t wait for perfect data to make sound decisions
- CCP, CEP, or similar compensation certification
- Experience in vertical SaaS or multi‑brand portfolio companies
- Post‑merger integration experience, especially harmonizing comp structures across acquisitions
