Director, Sales Experience. • As a Director, Sales Experience, oversee sales and adoption of selling programs by facilitating partnerships across departments, driving the team toward goals, and applying team skills to build a customer-focused sales experience.
• On-site leadership: work at your store location and report to the General Manager.
• Oversee Client Development team performance and goals through management of Group Selling Managers.
• Communicate the store vision and goals to all team members; advocate for Neiman Marcus values and manage the team to create an energized atmosphere where customer service aligns with Neiman Marcus standards.
• Partner with Client Development, Brand Experience, Restaurants, Merchants, Brands Manager and Regional team to fulfill store strategic efforts.
• Support the Store GM in fulfilling responsibilities, including back filling for GM; determine strategic objectives with the Store GM and set priorities accordingly.
• Analyze internal and external customer behavior, trends, and preferences; adjust processes and standards accordingly.
• Participate in leadership meetings or, in the absence of the Store GM, facilitate Store Leadership Team discussions to promote trust, participation, and goal setting.
• Collaborate with Merchant and Planning Organization Leaders and Regional team to determine strategies and action plans to produce positive results.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion; prior retail senior management experience required.
• Track record of achieving results across multiple businesses; history of building, motivating, and coaching teams.
• Experience navigating complex business problems, collaborating with leads across corporate functions, presenting at the executive level, and leading large-scale projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.

The starting salary for this position is between $114,706 – 167,000 annually. This position is eligible for a bonus. Compensation varies by geographic location and other factors. Benefits subject to eligibility requirements.
