What You’ll Do- Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance
- Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning
- Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals
- Recruit, hire, coach and develop high‑performing leadership and team members
- Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
- Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move‑ins
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources
- Lead team engagement, culture and performance management
- Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience
- Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance
- Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills
- Experience leading teams and managing performance
- Sales and customer relationship experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills
- Passion for serving seniors and leading high‑performing teams
