Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of 8-10 photographers supporting

CoStar Group brands,,,and Loop Net. This role combinespeopleleadership,operational oversight,technical expertise,and exceptional customer service to ensure clients receive best-in-class media for their residential and commercial listings.

You will be accountable for team performance, appointment deadlines, media quality, and consistent adherence to company standards.

The ideal candidate willhaveastrongeye for detail,proven operations management experience, soundtechnicaljudgment, andthe abilitytocoach and motivate remote teams. This role will work closely with clients, sales, logistics, customer support, training,and the broader

Photography department. Thisis an in-office positionbasedwithin the respective market.

• Lead, coach,and manage a team of 8-10 photographers,providingregularguidance, support, and feedback to drivehigh-quality performance and adherence to company standards
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management to build and retain a high-performing photography team
• Develop and implement efficient workflows that improve field productivity, appointment coverage, and service delivery while maintaining quality standards
• Conduct regular quality audits across all media deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand standards; provide timely coaching and feedback as needed
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive service experience throughout the appointment process
• Review KPIs, scorecards, appointment lead times, and team performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and create clear action plans
• Champion process improvement and emerging technology, including AI-enabled tools, to reduce manual effort, improve team productivity, and maintain quality consistency
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technical issues related to equipment and software; troubleshoot problems and coordinate with IT support to resolve issues promptly
