Job Title:
Pipefitter / Structural Welder (Overhead & Flat Test Required)
Location: White, GA
Job Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Pipefitter / Structural Welder to join our team. This position involves fitting and welding structural components, including welding plates. Certification is not required
, but candidates must be able to pass an overhead and flat weld test.
- Perform pipe fitting and structural welding tasks
- Weld plates in flat and overhead positions
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Experience in pipe fitting and/or structural welding
- Ability to pass overhead and flat weld tests
- Proficient with MIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored welding processes
- Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with solid work ethic
- Previous structural welding experience
- Experience working on commercial or industrial job sites
