Technician, Maintenance; 3rd shift

Overview

The role focuses on maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and improvement of electrical and mechanical systems across a range of production lines and utilities.

• Fulfill work order information in SAP on a timely basis and confirm status.
• Find intermediate information (parts management, BOM creation, min/max, PM plan, history) on SAP.
• Assist in developing detailed individual training programs to increase knowledge of assigned maintenance and operation fields and mentor less experienced technicians.
• Perform accurate troubleshooting of equipment/system events and contribute to detailed failure analysis to determine root cause.
• Provide insights and support with the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan.
• Assist contractors with medium level complexity projects or supplement additional work force as required.
• Contribute to cross‑functional equipment improvement teams focused on performance and reliability.
• Respond to all maintenance emergencies independently.
• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions where equipment experiences performance issues.

• High School Diploma + 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a pharmaceutical industry.
• Associate Degree / Technical Diploma (relevant field) + 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree (relevant field) + 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of and adherence to EHS requirements.
• Intermediate level problem‑solving/troubleshooting.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Computer literacy.
• Intermediate Continuous Improvement.
• Basic to Intermediate Data Analytics.
• Basic technical coach/mentor.
• Read blueprints/PID’s.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be willing to take a drug test and post‑offer physical (if required).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
