Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an IRS Floater to support production operations by cutting insulation, preparing IRS components, and ensuring workflow efficiency on the line.
** Essential Duties:*
* • Cut insulation and IRS pieces according to production specifications
• Stack and label materials accurately for proper identification and workflow
• Assist in keeping the production line running smoothly and efficiently
• Follow work orders and measurement guidelines to ensure product accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
** Requirements/

Skills:

*
* • Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 of an inch
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

* Physical Requirements:

*
* • Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Manual dexterity to safely use tools and handle materials
