Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Painter Helper to support painting operations in a manufacturing environment by preparing and handling materials on the paint line.
** Essential Duties:*
* • Hang doors and frames on the paint line for painting
• Clean doors and frames by wiping down surfaces and using an air hose to remove debris
• Assist the painter with preparation and painting tasks as needed
• Ensure materials are properly staged and handled to maintain workflow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working with equipment and materials
** Requirements/

Skills:

* • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic knowledge of painting or manufacturing processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
• Dependable with a strong work ethic

* Physical Requirements:

* • Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move doors, frames, and materials as needed
• Frequent use of hands and arms for handling and cleaning tasks
• Ability to work around paint fumes, equipment, and industrial noise
