** Frame Helper**(Lavonia, GA):
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Frame Helper to assist in the fabrication and assembly of frame components in a production environment. The ideal candidate will support welders and fabrication teams by measuring, cutting, labeling, and preparing materials for frame construction while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
** Essential Duties:*
* • Measure materials accurately for frame fabrication
• Operate a band saw to cut materials to specified dimensions
• Label and organize parts for welders and fabrication teams
• Assist with loading and staging build tables
• Move and handle materials safely throughout the shop
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist fabrication personnel with general shop duties as needed
** Requirements/
Skills:
*
* • Previous experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Experience operating or willingness to learn to operate a band saw
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced setting

* • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment
• Ability to safely operate shop tools and equipment
