Position

Credence has an immediate need for an Acquisition Program Logistician at the senior level to support the Weapons Superiority Division (AFLCMC/EBU) at Robins AFB, GA. The Weapons Superiority Division has responsibility for all development, acquisition, and sustainment activities for a portfolio of weapons systems, including the Department of Defense preeminent air‑to‑air weapon, the AIM‑120 Advanced Medium‑Range Air‑to‑Air Missile (AMRAAM).

The program office manages a portfolio of both Air‑to‑Air Missiles and Specialized Management Programs, developing, producing, and sustaining our nation’s warfighters and foreign military customers with advanced, high‑impact, highly classified armament technologies to meet joint Air Force and Navy warfighter requirements. These products include, but are not limited to, the AMRAAM, the High‑speed Anti‑Radiation Missile (HARM) Targeting System (HTS), Air Intercept Missile (AIM)‑9X & 9M, ADM‑160, Miniature Air‑Launched Decoy Missile (MALD), and AGM‑88 High‑speed Anti‑Radiation Missile (HARM).

EBU also has responsibility for launcher programs, Reliability Asset Monitoring (RAM) program, and legacy weapon systems support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist, prepare, develop, and deliver compliant documents in support of logistics and product support activities required to field and maintain the readiness and operational capability of all systems.
  • Provide comprehensive logistics support in the design, development, production, operation, and sustainment of armament systems.
  • Plan, develop, and execute product support strategies that span the acquisition life cycle from requirements analysis through disposal.
  • Provide experienced logistics and technical resources to ensure effective, efficient, and affordable product support.
  • Coordinate and evaluate the efforts of functional specialists to identify specific requirements and develop plans and schedules for the needed actions.
  • Consider all Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, including Product Support Management, Design Interface, Sustaining Engineering, Supply Support, Maintenance Planning and Management, Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T), Technical Data, Support Equipment, Training, Manpower/Personnel, Facilities, Infrastructure, and IT Systems.
  • Apply logistics and technical knowledge to support the development, implementation, and revalidation of the product support strategy, optimizing supportability, suitability, reliability, availability, maintainability, affordability, and mission capability.
  • Perform duties in accordance with AFI 23‑101, including maintaining required training, managing assets, performing inventory inspection, submitting allowance change requests, validating authorizations, reporting excess authorizations, ensuring items are on‑hand and condition is recorded, and conducting inventory cycles.
  • Provide logistics input on RFPs, SOWs, PWSs, and CDRLs and deliver key logistics metrics for key reviews.
  • Work independently and as part of a collaborative project team applying DoD integrated product support element structure.
  • Advise and assist in Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS‑BCA), Sustainment Reviews, Logistics Health Assessments, and Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) processes.
  • Assist in development and execution of logistics management operations that plan, coordinate, or evaluate the product support for specified missions or programs.
