Industrial Maintenance Technicians (Mechanical & Electrical)

A growing manufacturing operation in the wood products industry is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support production equipment, plant uptime, and ongoing expansion.

Open Positions:

- Mechanical Maintenance Technician

- Electrical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment used in MDF and wood products manufacturing

- Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, presses, motors, bearings, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems

- Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize downtime

- Maintain motors, drives, sensors, control panels, and automated production systems (electrical role)

- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation (electrical role)

- Support production startups, changeovers, and continuous plant operations

- Work safely in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Requirements:

- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

- Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience depending on role

- Experience with industrial equipment such as conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, or control systems

- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment issues

- Strong attendance and reliability
