Production Associate – Job Description

Master Brand Cabinets is hiring full‑time Production Associates to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role involves assembling or manufacturing cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals, with training provided for all positions.

• Assemble or manufacture cabinets and components to meet or exceed production goals.
• Adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment and embrace cross‑training to broaden skill set.

• Demonstrate proactive attitude toward mastering new processes and enhancing efficiency.

1st shift:
Monday – Thursday, 7am–5:30pm.

• Read measurements and calculate numbers.
• Use handheld tools such as pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot‑glue guns and power drills.
• Be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and work overtime as needed.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or a production‑oriented environment preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lb.
• Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift (up to 10hours).
• Selected candidates will be evaluated for several production‑related roles based on business needs.
